I always go to Five Guys for a tasty, fast burger. It's a bit expensive but they give you a generous portion of fries and their shakes are delicious. Unfortunately, they no longer offer complimentary peanuts due to Covid, but I think it's about time they bring them back. The entrance to the plaza is located near the gas station. Just be aware that you can't access the restaurant through the entrance before that, as there is a fence between the parking lots. If you can, I recommend supporting this establishment.
I often enjoy Five Guys, but this location did not live up to the franchise's reputation. When I entered, it was quiet and clean, with four customers happily eating at a table. However, no one was there to assist me. While I waited, I knocked on the counter and called out hello, but received no response. I started to wonder if they were closed, even though it was a Monday at 1:30 PM. As I was leaving, I noticed an employee sitting on a counter in the back, engrossed in their phone.
Unfortunately, the Carle Place location has permanently closed. They remained open during the peak of the pandemic, but a few weeks ago we noticed it was gone. This was our local spot, and we enjoyed their fries and burgers—they were simply delicious. The staff at checkout were very friendly and helped make the process smooth. Everything was served hot and made to order.
I love their burgers. Due to COVID-19, they have limited indoor seating. We arrived early, so we didn't have any trouble finding a seat. All staff members were wearing masks. I would highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back.

I ate the best hamburger today. French fries fried in peanut oil are so delicious, and the meat patty of the hamburger is also light and delicious. It is famous for three major hamburgers in the U.S. Suggest.

Five Guys Burgers Fries offers excellent customer service with courteous staff and a spotless environment. Their menu features a fantastic selection that enhances the overall dining experience.
They just can't get my order right. Tried the 3 times and it seems putting ketchup on a burger is beyond them. Not worth the price or the inconvenience

Fantastic food and excellent service. A truly enjoyable restaurant where the chef crafts incredible dishes and the bartender mixes outstanding drinks.
The restaurant was quiet on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was friendly, and my burger was fantastic.
