I confirmed my order three times, I get sick at the taste of lettuce on a burger, weird I know but that's just a part of me. Well when I got home I opened my burger to find out that I had been givin a different order I suppose ir a mutation of my dinner. But for my time I called the manager and she offered to remake my burger. So let's hope they keep to their word and get it right when I go back in. If I'm spending a 21 dollars in a burger and fries I want the order made right the first time gad is to expensive to drive back and fourth for this low effort.
The kids were ranking their favorite milkshakes and I told them about the Five Guys cherry bacon milkshake. My grandson trid a vanilla bacon milkshake and loved it. It's his favorite now. Parking: It's in a shopping center with Shoppers Food Warehouse and Target as anchor stores so there's a lot of parking. Kid-friendliness: It's burgers, fries and milkshakes. There are boxes of peanuts you can nibble on until your food is ready. Service: Dine in
Fries are super salty, it made me salty too. Even though ordered online had to wait for the fries. Even after waiting fries was recooked not the fresh one for sure, soggy fries. And What with this sir thing. Customers are not your boss neither you are my slave so stop behaving like one. Overall very disappointed. How they get over 4 stars?! Customer service is on point. Food came out as quick as a fresh grilled burger should, and the shake came out even quicker. There's free peanuts available for you to snack on as well. They have the fancy Coca-Cola fountains that let you choose wild flavors like strawberry or lime Fanta. My burger always comes out just how I order, whether I order online or in-person.

Delicious and you can tell the staff want to make sure it is just right. I see a few of the repeat workers there often and they seem to work well together. Good team, good treatment of guests. Parking: Not super tricky, just a very populated area sometimes. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Very poor service, management (white guy in a black shirt)was yelling at their employees the entire time we tried to eat loudly In front of everyone in the store. Worst training I have seen in a long time closing and cleaning a store I feel awful for the employees
Burger still pink inside , not well done as asked for. Social distancing not being enforced. Tables marked and yet manager says nothing. Photo attached. Each group in foto is at a do NOT sit table.
