This is one of our favorite restaurants, I have shared many positive comments about this place, but my experience today unfortunately was not great, other than the food, it was great. Let me start with today is our 40 th wedding anniversary, and we had reservations with them aware we were celebrating a special day for us. We arrive and check in, we were rushed to the table. And it was a table, not a booth, no welcome to us, at all, we get seated and ask for a booth as it’s our Anniversary, they did move us, but the rest of experience was less that warm, no introduction, no welcoming table chat, it was rushed. My wife is recovering from surgery but wanted Frugatti's, so I ordered the shrimp scampi over fettuccine to pickup. We got 5 medium shrimp with the tail shells still on, something that should never be done when in a sauce, disgusting. The alfredo was fine, it's hard to mess up alfredo, but Olive garden would have been as good for close to half the price. To top it all off, with takeout you don't get soup or salad, but it still costs as much, that had me steamed.
An Americanized Italian Generous portions, prices average for California, overall good. For our taste, there was too much onion in the sauce and we don't like the sausage with fennel in the lasagna (which is not Bolognese). Making slipper with bread and oil is common, but the oil must be of good quality (and this wasn't). Pros and cons that make you smell like home (but from far away). Waiter standing by

All I can say about this place is GO !!!! It is so good , the quality of food and the flavors in every bite.....it can't be beat. The atmosphere and staff members are amazing. I genuinely can not think of anything negative to say about this resturaunt. I think Frugattis should be held as the standard for everywhere else.
Excellent service, we started with appetizer and some amazing side salads .. by the time the pasta was here we were stuffed but didn’t stopped me and got dessert to go. Forgot to take a picture of the dessert but it was a chocolate cake delicious ????
10/10 would recommend. Service, food, atmosphere 10 outta 10. Our server was Ali and even though the place was packed he never missed a beat.. cheese.. water:.. refills… recommendations he was amazing. Thank you for the amazing dining experience!
It was a presentation by a local cardiologist which gave me the opportunity to visit the new Frugatti's location. I chose the salmon. It was delicious and the mashed potatoes...omg.

This was my first experience at Frugatti's. We had a birthday Dinner for a 96 year old It was awesome!
