Not sure why this place is considered so great. The pizza is okay not great for an authentic Neapolitan, and the service is very mediocre. We went twice, and both times, i was surprised about how the pizza is not really crispy. It’s more chewy and soft, which i guess is good if you like that, but it seemed a little undercooked and floppy to me. Nothing special about the flavor. Service was slow when we went during lunch there were like 4 other parties there). Had to get the waiters attention to get the check. Overall some of the waiters seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing, or just wanted to do the bare minimum. No attention to detail regarding filling water or taking fin...
I was told my takeout would be ready in 5 minutes, so I waited. When that time passed, they repeated the same promise. Eventually, I decided to go ask about my order, and they pointed to a guy rolling dough. They had the nerve to look me in the eye and say it would be another 5 minutes, while the dough just sat on the table. I was like, “ARE YOU KIDDING ME?” If he could turn that dough into a pizza in under 5 minutes, he would have to be a magician. I understand the place is busy, and I get that, but outright lying is unacceptable. After all that waiting, I left feeling frustrated and annoyed, and I've learned my lesson to stay away from this place!
Authentic Neapolitan pizza located near Anaheim. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the ingredients and preparation are top-notch. The only minor issue was that the anchovies served were not true anchovies, but rather a different type. Still, I highly recommend it!
I recently had the best pizza in California at this restaurant. The authentic Neapolitan pizza was incredible! We sampled the margherita and the pepperoni with spicy tomato sauce and ricotta, and both were delicious. Overall, the experience was fantastic.
The fragrance of this place alone elevates me. Without a doubt, the best pizza I have ever tasted. I crave it even in my dreams. I ensure it's securely seated for the journey back home. This pizza is my loved ones. My cherished treasure.
The food was delicious, but the waitress gave me a hard time for sitting at a table before being instructed to do so. The restaurant was very crowded, so it seems like most people enjoy it. However, I don't think I will be returning.
I've been a fan of this restaurant for years. I recently returned from Italy, where I had pizza in Naples, and I can honestly say that the pizza here tastes just like it!
I swear... Their Naples style pizza is better than anything I had while I was actually in Naples. I've probably been here 40 times. Love it !!
Wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff, delicious food, and rich gelato! Will definitely be on the possibility list for future dining!
