this restaurant was the worst that I had to write a review. first: the service was terrible. we had to wait 54 minutes (my sister set a timer) before our food came. the server never came back to check us out. she also didn't tell us that the suppenaries don't come with her escape. the dripping soup is the only free one that can come when they pick it up with their escape. second: eating was not good. the winksuppe was terrible. the victor was usually diligent and there is hardly any flesh. the picture below was what I got as my entrée. Yesterday afternoon, we attempted to dine at this restaurant. The owner greeted us warmly, but informed us that there were no seats available on the deck due to personalization (which was not a big deal). However, within 10 minutes, a couple and a group of three were seated on the deck. We received menus and water promptly, but noticed that the groups on the deck were served water, drinks, and had their orders taken before us. After waiting for about 25 minutes, we decided to leave as it seemed we had been overlooked. This is not something I usually do, but the situation was just too ridiculous, especially considering the restaurant was not busy. Perhaps they need to improve their attention...
My dining companion and I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. We were promptly welcomed and seated on the enclosed patio by a warm and friendly hostess. Despite the slow service, as the restaurant was not very busy, our lunch was beautifully presented, hot, and delectable. We couldn't help but notice the hostess was proactive and diligent in ensuring quick service for all guests. The prices were very affordable. We will certainly return in the future!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! We were warmly greeted at the door by the owner and her mother, Cheri. The blueberry mojito was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed our meal as a happy family. Our waitress, Tina, was excellent and provided great service. we had to wait a little, but that's what happens at the moment. the personal was friendly and the eating was amazing. she pours heart and soul in her restaurant and it shows. obviously new staff to teach hard to work with her passion and it shows. it was a perfect night in an imperfect world. the patio overlooking the harbour was happy in our summer night.
Extremely disappointed that they are no longer offering to go orders. This has been a family favorite for years. Home for the week to visit and called to place a to go order and was told they are no longer offering that so unfortunately will not be enjoying one of my Frankfort favorites this trip.
Their food is always so good and flavorful. I’d highly recommend the Thai fried noodles, the cream cheese rangoons, the sushi and sashimi, and the Thai iced tea. The manager is really nice and cares about the customer experience. I come here every time I get over this way.
When stopping in Frankfort, Michigan my girlfriend and I wanted to have some late night drinks. The perfect spot is called under the deck, located beneath Fusion. Jen was so friendly and knowledgeable and they had a great selection of local beers! Will be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I love Asian food and this place does it well! Everything tasted fresh and well presented. Our waitress was friendly and the deck was nice to eat on. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town! My new favorite place in Frankfort
