Drove past this joint a couple weeks ago with a lot of people inside which intrigued my curiosity. Discovered they deliver from uber eats and decided to order a late night dinner with my friend. The menu was filled with traditional Greek style street food which hits home with comfort food on a night in. Ordered 2X meal for ones which were chicken souvs with feta chips and a can of pop. Food was delivered promptly and still very hot which is a plus side for me especially when it comes to food delivery. Hands down the best food in Brunswick! I haven’t been into the shop, but order from here on uber once or twice a week. Really great value for money. Awesome tzatziki and taramasalata. Professionally packaged and always super quick. My go too’s are lamb souvalaki or the lamb gyros with meat., salad chips, pita bread dip and Greek salad. Great portions and super super fresh, clean and so tasty. I highly recommend this place. Good value for money. Love love love this place. Can’t wait to try Everything on menu. Thank you g grill. On a side note, I've noticed some 1-star reviews for G Grill that I simply can't believe are genuine. It's unfortunate that everyone thinks they're an expert these days. My advice to these "reviewers" is to refrain from commenting on things they know little about. It's like me giving opinions on Mexican, Indian, or Japanese cuisine – I've tried them all and enjoyed them, but that doesn't make me an expert. There are plenty of knowledgeable reviewers out there who can provide genuine feedback.
I was recommended by a friend to try out this gyro bar and decided to go on a Friday. It was very busy but I managed to get the deal for one with lamb, which is essentially a souvlaki, along with a side of feta chips and a drink. Once I took a bite into the souvlaki, I realized that these guys know what they're doing. The food was amazing, the shop was clean, and it reminded me of my trip to Mykonos last summer. Keep up the great work, guys!

G-Grill in Melbourne is hands down one of the best souvlaki spots in town. I've been a regular for 6 months and have never been let down. The veggies are always fresh, the lamb is juicy and crisp, and the quality of the chips is top-notch. The staff is super friendly and always greet you with a smile. Compared to Jimmy Grant's, G-Grill is in a league of its own. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I love this place! Definitely have the best souvlaki I've had in Melbourne, I always go for the chicken souv and it tastes just like in Greece! Feta chips are average tho, could be more generous with the feta but the chips are nice itself. Saganaki is quality! Pity they only open for dinner, perhaps they can reconsider their open times so I can enjoy one for lunch!
Tasty souvlaki and Greek dishes. A bit pricer than some but still ok price for what you get. Reasonably quick service.Feta a nice addition to the chips, the large size is a good serving and you might as well upsize for $2. Would skip the sagnaki as it's a pretty thin slice.

The Skepasti and G Grill special are really great, I've surprised a few people by getting these a bit different to a souvlaki.<br/ <br/ The only problem with this place is it's cash only, a bit stingy dudes, everywhere in Aus has eftpos.
