My partner and I decided to go in to get lunch today roughly around 11:30. We ordered a chicken burger, small chips and a lunch pack. Which must have been misheard for a dinner pack, which I’m not gonna complain about because I had gotten a extra piece of chicken. We had received the chicken burger first and was told that the dinner pack was handed out to a different customer and was scratch off the docket. Over 10 mins later we received the dinner pack, as we were waiting the manager had been serving customers while having a conversation with someone on loud speaker and they were arguing about how there were 100s of orders and he was wondering how long this person was gonna be. After eating, I asked for a napkin, only to be told they had run out of napkins. I couldn't help but think they could easily buy some from the nearby IGA. It's clear this place is struggling if they can’t even stock up on basic supplies like meat and napkins. I chose this restaurant because it was close to my motel, but it was a poor decision that I won’t repeat.
I traveled a lot, these young people know how to get a fantastic work burger, and their chips were nothing less extraordinary. great service and good prices. even if they get a chance, they give their bltong a go excellent too. thanks again for good food and service.
I won't go back. Really can't be bothered with a review. Most expensive in emerald. Long wait. Small serve. Customer service extremely ordinary. Chicken/yuck/over priced Over all food rated by partner/ ordinary Tip save your money and go elsewhere.
