I have been a loyal customer of this pizza restaurant for the past 5 years, ordering pizza here a few times a month. Recently, I have noticed new staff and management, leading me to believe there has been a change in ownership. While the quality of the pizza remains good, I have experienced inconsistencies in pricing. I used to pay around $12 for an Xtra Large 3 Item pizza, but a few weeks ago I was quoted $40 for 2 of these pizzas. Since then, I have paid just over $15 for the same order. During my most recent visit, I was charged $15 plus tax for a "Large" pizza, despite a sign in the window advertising a Large 3 item pizza and 1 dipping sauce for $14.49. I didn't think it was possible to make bad pizza until I had Gino's. The sauce was so bland and tasteless I had to double check that they didn't forget to add it. Apparently being next in line doesn't entitle you to being served next as they helped the guy behind me like I was never there. I can see why this place was closed for a while and it might as well be since I will never go there again. There are so many better options for pizza in Bradford, save your taste buds and go elsewhere.
I ordered 2 party pizzas online for a group of kids. When I arrived at Gino's, they claimed they didn't receive my order, despite having a confirmation email. There was no empathy shown, only a suggestion that I would have to wait 40 minutes if I still wanted the pizzas. I ended up going down the road to Pizza Nova, where they were able to accommodate my order and have it ready in just 15 minutes. I would recommend going to any other pizza place besides Gino's.
I have been ordering from Ginos for a while now, but this was the first time I was disappointed. It seemed like they changed the sauce or forgot to put it on altogether. I just bought gino's original deal today their pizza's were amazing and the new management is really cool. I would recommend everyone just go and try the new taste there and one more thing they started dine-in too. Amazing job guys.?
Hi guys, I tried tandoori chicken pizza from this location. The new management is so better than the preivious management. Must try Indian style pizza’s from this location.
Gino's is under new management. Give it a try. The pizza was great and the guys running it were very friendly. A good amount of cheese and toppings.
