After hosting a mini-golf event for my daughter's birthday at Batters Up LI, we headed over to Gino's Restaurant for dinner. We had about 18 people, including 7 kids. I called the restaurant the day before to inform them of our plans. While we were still finishing up at mini-golf, I ordered a variety of food—5 different pizzas, appetizers, and salads. Everything was perfectly prepared and ready when my guests arrived. They arranged enough tables to ensure everyone was comfortable. The staff even refrigerated the cake I brought, sliced it, and served it to my guests. The staff truly exceeded my expectations! One of the best places to eat amazing food. Place is always clean, and the staff is always nice and take good care of you. If you're into salads you have to try their Tri Color salad with radicchio, endive and arugala. The dressing they make is fresh. I add fresh avocado to mine and sometimes I even ad their fresh grilled chicken to the salad as well. Sooo good!! Another favorite is a slice of their spinach and artichoke pizza!! Delicious!! Our delivery took an hour and a half on a Friday at noon. By the time it arrived, our food was cold. The salad tasted like the ingredients were either expired or not stored properly, and the bread that came with the meal was actually still raw. The hero's bread was burnt instead of toasted and cold as well. I used to order from this place all the time, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering again. The dressing was the only thing that was still good.
The service was exceptional. Daniella provided friendly and attentive service. The food quality was outstanding. The spaghetti with meatballs, featuring perfectly seasoned and textured meatballs, and the renowned drunken burrata bowl were both superb. Very good service,very welcoming and happy,food tasted amazing only thing was the portions were on the smaller side but still very filling also the food came out very fast ,had a very clean restaurant definitely recommended coming here and recommend the pasta bowls and the chicken ceaser salad.Very tasty and great atmosphere!! Always delicious, authentic, and reliable. The staff is very attentive, whether at the counter or seated. The manager is on top of things! Highly recommended.
Place was large and clean, the staff was friendly the food was ok, nothing to brag about, although the ? pizza did look good, will go back to try it ?
Food was amazing, service and drinks were average. They wouldn't split our cheques in the end... partly our fault, but might have been kind about it.
