You’ve got to check this place out! I stumbled upon it by chance and decided to grab some food with a friend. The chicken wings here are some of the best I’ve ever had—smoked to perfection and wonderfully crispy. The quality of the meat was outstanding; there were no fatty chunks or chewy tendons, and the size was above average. We tried the smoked wings and the fried chicken sandwich, which was HUGE! We split it in half, and each portion was about the size of a typical fast-food sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. We’ll definitely be back to explore the entire menu, especially those turkey tips I keep hearing about!
What a wonderful little restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the pulled chicken sandwich and the turkey melt, both of which were fantastic. The sweet potato fries were incredible, and the smoked wings were simply outstanding! The service was friendly and welcoming. Just a heads up, I placed an order for the takeover. The space is quite small, with around five tables inside and a few outside. Be sure to check their hours before you go, as they can be a bit unusual. It does get very busy on Sundays, so I'd recommend visiting during the week instead.
5 stars for sure! Great wings that were very big compared to the competition. The wings had great smoky flavor with a great sauce. (I recommend getting the sauce on the side because it was plentiful) Most places sides are just okay but both of these were great. The coleslaw while maybe pre-made was still very good with a unique flavor and the green beans while out of a can were seasoned well and were delicious. The family owned vibe was evident and great to see. Eat here and skip the chain restaurants, places like this deserves to thrive!
Mmmm Mmmm absolutely amazing, staff was cool, and what ever dry rub they use on the smoked wings is god like. I didn't even use the BBQ sauce it was so good by it self. Green beans must have been made with crack, cuz i was addicted after the first bite. Tiny lil place with huge flavors, you won't be disappointed. . Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was excellent and the food was EVEN BETTER!! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for delicious turkey tips and turkey ribs. The only thing I didn't really care for was the fried corn on the cob, but the fried cauliflower and baked beans were good, in addition to the meat.
This is my second visit to Gobble Stop, and I've had the large (3) turkey ribs on both occasions, and they were fantastic each time! I also sampled the sweet and sharp glaze, and it was excellent.
Good food and fast service. Excellent place to pick up and take out. I wish they had opened more days a week.
