I sent my husband and stepson to get us a box of chicken on July 9th. Although it was my first time ordering from there, their service truly impressed me! They accidentally dropped the box of chicken through the window, but what we received was an amazing box filled with the most delicious chicken tenders ever and a generous amount of delicious gravy! The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and the food was outstanding! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for some really good chicken!
I have really enjoyed visiting Golden Chick since the new cook, Chris, started working there. The food tastes fresh and delicious, and I love the atmosphere—it's a wonderful place to dine. The staff is fantastic, and I particularly enjoy the mashed potatoes; they are much better than those from Chicken Express. Thank you for providing such an improved experience! Things have definitely changed for the better. Keep up the great work, and Chris truly knows how to cook some amazing chicken!
I would love to know how they charge people $11 for a three piece chicken strip this is the size of the chicken they serve. On top of that they can’t read I guess? How hard is it to remember to put peoples sides in the box. You can’t just replace the side with two cups of gravy. There isn’t enough food in this box to need that much gravy. Save your time money and go literally anywhere else to eat.
The food was warm, but it was not fresh like it had been sitting for a while. Service was good. The cashier was respectful and fast. Was my first time ordering from there. If my food was fresher, it would be great. But my fish was not.

This place needs some major attention. Updated response: Golden chick, you will have to clean up the place before I will ever be back. Living up to the expectations of having somewhere clean to eat is pretty hard I hear?
