Hello, I ate the other day at Lake Tahoe HK. So here is some constructive criticism coming from a newly retired teacher who is barely making a decent monthly pension , so I have to watch my pennies for sure now : 1. The waiters need to take off those suspenders and get a different tailored shirt to fit. I felt I was eating at a “Lumberjacks restaurant .” 2. The appetizer wagyu meatballs and sauce were amazing . However, I wish that it was on the menu as an actual “meal” and Spaghetti noodles served with it for just a few more dollars which would be an affordable meal for those on a limited income . 3. Steak was over cooked and was told 20 more minutes for a new steak after already waiting 35 minutes. No comp on the price of a $60 steak.

This is the best place to have dinner. Foods are amazing.
