Used to go in for a doughnut every morning on the way to work. It was pricey £4 each) but I enjoyed it and the lovely lady who I think is the manager/owner) was very attentive, serving me with a smile as soon as I entered. However, she must be off this week as there is a different, younger girl working the mornings. Firstly, she charged me inconsistent prices for the same doughnut over two days £4.50 one day, £4.10 the next). I am in a rush in the mornings so I couldn 't be bothered querying it. I just accepted it as one of those things . Then, three days in a row, she acknowledged me standing by the doughnut display, waiting to be served but when someone else entered after me, they would be...
Best breakfast and baking in Teddington. We visited twice during our event holiday. The first time for coffee and pastry when we were in a hurry. It was so good, especially the light and delicious Cinnamon Bun, that we came back with more time for a full breakfast. I had a full English, no complaints about quantity or quality. My wife loved the Shakshouka and the daughters demolished waffles with bacon. Fruit juice was freshly squeezed and coffee came in big mugs. All very happy. And then we saw the cakes!! Homemade, spectacular and decadent. It’s a small place so you have to be patient but well worth the wait.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gosias's Cafe Deli, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The decor was tastefully done and struck a perfect balance between modern elegance and cozy charm. The soft lighting and comfortable seating created an inviting ambiance that was perfect for a special night out. Izabela and Martin were exceptional hosts, providing excellent service throughout the meal.
We absolutely adore Gosia's! The ambiance is cozy and charming, and the pierogi are absolutely scrumptious. The coffee is top-notch, and the selection of pastries in the window is mouth-watering. I love this place and have visited it since 2019 until the present day. fantastic, authentic, correct polishing kitchen, they have to try everything, my fav are “fasolka” and “goulash” a great selection at desserts that are best made from my experience, in the opposite breakfast, tee and coffee are 10 of 10! well made, people!
what a little jewel of a place. we spent the weekend visiting teddington breakfast here both tomorrow. the staff are so delightful, friendly and friendly, the atmosphere is delightful, as the fantastic tempting series of food tasty. very reasonable prices also....repeat in london. would recommend this wonderful caffe.
Try the goulash soup...amazing, paked full with fresh ingredients and served with fresh bread on the side. (Evidently the owner gets in their at 4.00am to cook and bake). Refreshing to have an alternative to the same old mundane fayre that gets served up in every other chain in the highstreet.
we were on the way back to the Ireland/England Rugby game after kensington, when we decided to eat something that is a good one! my wife had the curry, which was better than to describe words, I had the soup/goulash...wow! trust me that this place is worth a visit and we will go back there! I love this place. I have most places to breakfast in the opposite attempted this definitiw the best. gosia is really friendly and a joy to serve. highly recommended and this is one of my best food facility in Teddington/Twickenham area.
