My wedding was at Dome Ballroom on Friday 2/25/22. There was no moment I didn't get over and over the service. From the moment I arrived, I was supervised by every member of the GM staff (names and positions listed below) Megan managed to find my favorite flavor of high Noons and bring them to the bridal suite in a fresh ice cup. During the cocktail hour Joe even brought me over a table cloth to drape over my dress, so I didn't get anything on myself. We got tables of food to our reserved cocktail table, and our treasure table plus our drinks were never empty. My guests were in the cocktail hour and the Venetian hour. The Grand Marquis exceeded all of our wedding expectations on July 31, 2021! From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors for our first meeting, we knew they were the perfect fit for us because of their exceptional customer service. The team at Grand Marquis was attentive to all our ideas, concerns, and questions. Words cannot describe the level of attention, professionalism and care we received on our wedding day. The staff members made sure that the day revolved around us. I did not have a worry in my head because I knew they were taking care of everything for us. The cocktail hour made our guest's mouths drop, especially the seafood station. The transition from cocktail hour to the reception was perfectly guided. Each guest was set up with a perfect table setting. The meals looked and tasted great. The Grand Marquis is a Wonderful place to have a celebration! We recently had a party there after almost 3 years in the planning, which was delayed due to the pandemic. Our Event Specialists, Meghan and then Michelle, were awesome, and worked with us through all the delays and planning; and the Venue was extremely considerate in re-scheduling from our initial date. Michelle guided us up to and on our special day, helping ease our concerns, giving us great recommendations and making sure everything went as planned. On March 11, 2022, we celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday at The Grand Marquis, and it exceeded all our expectations! From my initial communications with Liz during the planning phase to the exceptional service provided by every staff member throughout the evening—our maître d', captain, waitstaff, bartender, and security—the experience was nothing short of spectacular! I had the wedding of my dreams in Grand Marquis. The staff was attentive and on their game. The event specialist, Jessica, was the best! She made me feel comfortable, even though I felt angry with all my changes.
