Brunch was not a good experience. It’s unfortunate because we have had good dinner and app experiences here. We were a party of 6, seated next to kitchen, multiple employees and customers passing by the entire time. Was told there were no other tables we can move to although we booked this reservation weeks ago. Cinnamon buns were cold, hard, and not fresh at all. The food in general was disappointing for brunch. Chicken burger was not good and potatoes were so mushy. Some items were brought out way later than they should have been. Tonight, however, was a completely different experience. We made a reservation and were seated right away. But to our surprise, the place was packed and quite noisy for a Wednesday evening. We understood how overwhelming it could be for the staff during a busy night, especially with large parties, so we patiently waited for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one came by to offer water or even take our drink order. It wasn't until we mentioned our wait to the hostess that we finally saw a waitress. I visited this restaurant for a celebratory dinner with friends, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was lacking; our waitress seemed to be in a hurry and was quite rude to our group. The food was excessively salty, leaving me feeling nauseous afterward. The shareable drinks were just one large glass with several straws, despite me mentioning that we wanted them to be shared at the table. When I reminded the waitress about the drinks, all she did was bring more glasses, so I ended up having to scoop the drink out and distribute it myself. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
We recently celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday at this restaurant, and I must say that I initially chose it because of Sam, the catering bar manager. She was a pleasure to work with and ensured that everything went smoothly! After hosting the party, I can confidently say that the service is outstanding and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, making for a wonderful experience. You definitely won't regret hosting your next event here. The parking situation isn't ideal, but that's beyond their control.

Meet friends for dinner last night. Chicken parm was very tasty. Pasta was bland, needed to be billed in salt water. But the cutlet, mozzarella and burrito ball were excellent. We got a dessert platter for the table which was huge, compared to the picture. But very tasty, very nice presentation. Only complaint was how LOUD the music and band was. We literally had to tell to speak with one another. It was so loud we had to leave instead of staying and talking with dessert.
Waiter was great. Management terrible. Over charged us. DJ wouldn't take requests because Management said house music only. But NYE said dancing nowhere to dance and dj was terrible. Food was just ok nothing great. But edible. Drinks were good waiter Paul and Oscar were great. Bill didn't add up correctly over charged us almost $100. Was impossible to get manager over. The only good thing was waiters and drinks. Do not recommend especially for NYE.
Just had my sons first birthday in the back room. Sam was so quick to answer any questions throughout the planning process and extremely attentive during the party as well. Everyone raved about the food and service. I even had a family member trying to figure out what party they could host here because they’re were so blown away. Highly recommend for any type of event, large or small!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!
It was busy with people coming and going all the time I was there and it was LOUD. The atmosphere is like a school cafeteria with staff everywhere. The menu is not impressive with expensive personal pizzas a good option. They post two prices like gad stations for cash and credit. However, the eggplant meatballs do stand out. Not a place to have a conservation or a comfortable tasty meal but it might be ok for lunch.

I’ve eaten here 3 times during my most recent trip. Josephine and all of the others whose names I neglected to ask for are fantastic bartenders! The food is also fantastic! The music can be a bit loud sometimes that’s the reason for 4 stars on atmosphere but otherwise I’ll be back on my next visit to Massapequa Park!
