I am thrilled to have a vegetarian/vegan restaurant in the neighborhood! I ordered the falafel wrap and a selection of their paninis. Unfortunately, the falafel in the wrap were still hard and frozen, and not cooked properly. It was disappointing as the vegetables were fresh. However, the chk'n parm panini was very satisfying and delicious, making up for the disappointing wrap. I would still recommend this restaurant and will give them another try. Hopefully, the falafel will be cooked properly next time so I can give them a 5-star rating!
I visited Greens and Grains in Galloway for a group lunch today, but was disappointed by the new policy of not providing paper bags for large orders. Despite my large order of paninis, salad, chili, and more, I was told they could only pack up orders for Doordash. This seemed like a cost-cutting measure disguised as an environmental initiative. I used to love this place, but the policy and attitude towards customers may send me elsewhere in the future.

The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. Some recommended dishes include Marinated Eggplant, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Kale, Broccoli and Kale with Hemp Parm 16oz, Kale Caesar Wrap, Caprese Panini, Gyro Sandwich, and Falafel Wrap.
As visitors from out of town, we were pleasantly surprised to find a vegan restaurant during our travels. My son, who typically does not eat enough vegetables, enjoyed the food here. While the prices were a bit high, we found the meals to be delicious. Although we may not return to this restaurant in the future, if we happen to find ourselves in the area again, we would consider dining here once more.

Experience at this restaurant was excellent. The service, food, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5. The Southwest Wrap, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and Tomato Soup are highly recommended dishes. The average price per person for a lunch meal ranges from $10 to $20.
I only tried the oatly soft serve at this restaurant, so I can't comment on the other food options. However, the soft serve was incredibly delicious, though it did melt quickly. I will definitely be returning to try the food and provide an update on my experience.
Love this place. Love how all their food is vegan and delicious! Last year I ate lunch here everyday as I spent a week in the area and I'm back again. Great that it is in a building with a few businesses that had meat options for those in the group that are fussy.
I love greens and grains always and this visit was no different from any other fantastic time I am here! I ordered the caprese, the special case smoothie and a apple apple apple apple apple pie!
