Our grill continuously turned off like 5 times and we had to keep calling the server to come fix it which could easily be fixed by switching a table. Requested for a corner table when reserving but wasn’t given one even when they had many open unseated tables. Aside from the food being fine and the neighboring server Joseu being friendly to fix our grill when we couldn’t find our server, I wouldn’t go back to this location’s Gyu-Kaku .
Food and ambiance was great. Attention to detail and service was eh. Staff was not attentive and more entertained with themselves. I did not get one of my orders despite me reminder staff once. The food was more than enough so it worked out, but they never noticed the order did not come out. Other than that, glad to have a new restaurant in the city.
The service for food and drinks was a bit slow, and we had to remind the staff a few times. Additionally, some dishes were sold out quite early since we dined during the early dinner hours. They really should have better stocked their popular items. I also found some of the meats to be a little chewy.
I have issues every time I visit this restaurant. If it weren't for the location, I wouldn't go back. The service is terrible, the grill wasn’t working, and there were no flames. I can’t even cook there; I just really dislike it. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is amazing—definitely the best dining experience in Boston! We traveled a long way to try it and will keep coming back.
Great time with amazing food. Customer service was outstanding and the atmosphere is good to meet up with friends or family.
Was ignored for a half hour before getting drinks. Took about an hour to get meat on the table and it wasn’t extremely busy.
