My wife and I made a stop in Deerfield Park North to try a food truck which was in the neighborhood. To our surprise it was BBQ which one of our favorite foods. We tried the 3 meat platter with brisket, pulled port and ribs and all three were delicious. We also had the corned bread and mac-n-cheese as our sides. Needless to say there were no leftovers, we ate every last scrumptious morsel. Hallboy did a great job and I would highly recomend them.
The food was enjoyable, but the meats could have been served much hotter; they were at best lukewarm. I tried the pulled chicken and brisket. The coleslaw was decent, though I'm not certain if it was homemade. The mac and cheese was tasty but also could have benefited from being heated more. I visited Holliday Park in Westland on May 3rd.
Absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth! The brisket, pulled pork, baked beans, and cornbread were a hit with my guests—they absolutely loved everything! I was able to relax and enjoy their company. We are definitely regulars now!

Bland and uninspired Brisket, little to no smoke ring. Mac and cheese should have been warmed up and mixed better. Chicken was dry. Pricey for the quality.
