I have been going here 3 years now. And though I’m never happy with how expensive it is, what’s not these days… I digress, 3 years ago it was good, better than Burger King, 2 years ago it was meh good, this year it had really tanked.Until now.Approximately December 25 2023 area I think, I had the BLT hand breaded chicken sandwich and the mushroom Swiss. They were shockingly delicious, really really delicious. Perfectly cooked, real hearty flavorful. Most flavorful and delicious ‘fast food’ burgers I can recollect.I know! This chick (with whom I was erroneously linked) and I were passing by late one night knowing that this location was pretty much the only thing open between there and home at that hour. Next time I think we 'll just wait. I 've been here before and had a normal Hardee 's experience, but this night was antithetical. Several employees (seemingly of Trailerparkenese descent) were gathered outside blocking the entrance while smoking. Ordering items from the menu seemed to confuse them. After a wait time rivalled only by the Monroe City location, they succeeded in screwing up the order. I 'd say they exceeded their regional quota for hiring special needs applicants. Don't waste your time! Ordering was quick. Waiting for a long time for food considering this is a fast food restaurant. Noticed a few employees walking around like their not sure what should be done. Got the cheeseburger w fries, request of ketchup only it had mustard. More bun than burger on it. Not hot at all. Also, I got regular hot ham and cheese and very little ham! Bun size is too big to and not hot food. We are already back on the highway at this point, so we could not go back and get a reorder. Guess should have checked the food first really at the cost of this meal should not have to!

I can truly say I have seen the difference in overnight shift and the days shift.Them overnight people are super friendly and always let you know how much longer and sorry for any wait it is.i have never once had a complaint about them.They are always in a good mood,smiling and asking how you’re day is which I love that.I have been to Hardee’s once during the day they was super rude and didn’t even notice me up there for a little while .I 10/10 recommend the overnight people
The service at this restaurant is amazing, with a friendly female staff member up front. The food is delicious and comes out quickly. The staff is also very sweet and easy to talk to. They always keep you informed about any potential wait times, and their communication between the front and back of the house is excellent. I would give them a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
Got a chicken sandwich from Hardee's,supper fast service and my god what an experience, I have been constipated for 4 days and that sandwich literally healed me, what a explosive experience,cleaned my guts out, I barely made it to my semi, highly recommended for those who are

Recently, the quality of the biscuits at this restaurant has declined and the prices have doubled. I would recommend trying Bojangles, as they have superior biscuits.
I bought a milkshake that they mixed until it was the consistency of snot so I had them remake it and it still sucked so I threw it straight in the trash.
