We really enjoy a good fried catfish, so whenever we're traveling between Pennsylvania and Texas, we make it a point to stop at a fish fry restaurant. This particular place is exceptional. We ordered a meal that included a plate of boneless catfish and fries, and it was fantastic. The fish and fries came straight out of the fryer, piping hot, and perfectly seasoned—unlike some places that overdo the salt and overpower the natural sweetness of the fish.
