I visited this restaurant while in Nashville, and it was absolutely fantastic—definitely worth the wait. I was thrilled to discover that even on busy days, I could get seated quickly. I've tried several of their heat levels, and each one is incredible. I attempted their spiciest option, "SHUT THE CLUCK UP!!!," but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a fan of extreme heat. Typically, high heat can overpower the flavors, but this place excels at balancing both heat and taste. For most people who can handle some spice but not too much, I suggest the medium level. Yesterday was our first time dining at Hattie B?s. It was delicious!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I?m all for trying the must-have menu items that were recommended.So I had the mild tenders, pimento mac cheese, and baked beans. My meal was amazing. My 5 year old daughter had the southern chicken tenders and crinkle cut fries. She absolutely enjoyed her meal also. Her fries looked too good not to try and they were delicious and very well-seasoned. The atmosphere was great. We dined outside and enjoyed a nice cool breeze. Our experience was great, and we will definitely be going back.
Stopped here yesterday on my way from Jackson to Atlanta. Atmosphere was nice, restaurant and bathroom were clean and tidy. The line moved fast, the prices were reasonable. I was greeted by Leslie, the manager, who was very friendly. Our food came out after about a 8-10 minute wait. Portions were huge! Food was hot and unbelievably tasty! The chicken was so good! Fries were crispy with an awesome seasoning. Mac-n-cheese was creamy and delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience! Definitely worth stopping at on our next trip!
You won't believe this, but the fried chicken here may actually be better than my grandmother's recipe! I particularly love the "mild" flavor, but if you're looking for more heat and flavor, definitely go for the "medium." The pimento mac and cheese is absolutely amazing as well. I got the quarter chicken (breast and wing) medium spice with black-eyed pea salad and greens. The chicken was very juicy, a bit less spicy than expected, but the crust was a bit more greasy than my two sons chicken finger platters. The sides were great! The service was super friendly and seemed to really care about everyone’s experience in the place. I’ll definitely go again and probably ramp up to the hot spice level. Overall, solid chicken!!
This was my 3rd visit (and my 1st visit to this location). The line was a bit long but it wasn’t too bad. Both of our dishes were super greasy and the seasonings weren’t really too special. Their sweet tea was perfect though!
We were just passing by and wanted to eat outside somewhere! I am glad we chose this spot. The food was great! Hot fresh and the cashier was so nice and helpful. The view was also a plus. The chicken tenders are the BEST!!!

This was my second time going there. My first experience was awful and I swore to never go back. But this time I must say was outstanding. The food and dessert was absolutely delicious.
