Fantastic food, excellent service, a user-friendly website, and great prices! I've been a customer since their original location by the Ronkonkoma Train Station. The owner, Mike, is a wonderful person; when my husband and I mentioned we didn't have a microwave (we just chose not to have one), he even offered to give us one! They have gained a loyal customer for life.
I'm new to HMD. I pick up my meals from the Hicksville location and the staff are very courteous and helpful. There's such a variety of choices that you won't have trouble choosing meals that appeal to your taste. For someone who does not cook for myself, it's a blessing having delicious meals at a very fair price.
I discovered mold on an unopened meal less than a week after I purchased it, and it hadn't expired yet. When I returned it to the store, I was informed that I needed to contact customer service to get a replacement. It’s frustrating to have to go through so much just to resolve a straightforward issue.
I love how convenient it is to get meals! I do think it would be nice to get a discount if you are buying like 10+ meals on a Sunday. I was unaware of the discount when pre ordering so that discount would’ve been nice. Overall im excited to try! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I recently began trying their grab-and-go meals and everything has been delicious so far. While it is slightly expensive, I think the convenience makes it worth it every now and then. I also appreciate that they stay open until 8 PM!
I placed an order a week ago and just went to pick it up and was told they sent the order back. Despite the girl remembering that I came in to ask specifically if this was ok. Unreliable and nasty
Loving the food. Only looking to lose a couple of pounds. It’s good for a single person whose not a big cook.
