I found the Beyond Burger experience to be disappointing. The side salad came with wilted lettuce, and the young staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu items and pricing. I felt the prices were high considering the portion sizes and overall quality. There was no option for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun, and if you wanted a bunless burger, there weren’t any alternatives. Although bubble tea and bottled drinks were suggested as meal options, the additional $2.50 charge was not communicated, even after I inquired about whether those drinks were included with the meal. Entering the restaurant for the first time without any preparation can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you tend to be a control freak like I am. A little advance planning or online ordering might be helpful in this case. Luckily, Toni, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly cheerful and patient, guiding me through the process. You can choose from a menu featuring some pre-designed dishes, and at the Beachwood location, there are printed menus available near the counter where you place your order. Today was my first time trying out Hello Bistro. I ordered the Chicken BBQ salad. The only thing I had a problem with was not enough meat and too much greens. It’s basically almost like that with a lot of places that sell salads where they give you a lot of greens, but long story short the salad was good, I was a little scared about my dressing because I don’t like new dressing because I am very sensitive about my salads and I have to have the perfect dressing and they didn’t have nothing that I could replace it with but the dressing that came with it was actually good and I really enjoyed my salad, I can’t wait to go back to try other items on their menu. Overall, the burgers and fries were decent! The burger had a light feel to it, which I mean in a good way—it tasted fresh and wasn't overly greasy, so I felt good eating it. However, I started to lose interest about three-quarters of the way through because the flavor didn’t stand out as much. The fries were cooked very well, but I found them a bit too salty for my liking. Absolutely delicious! Coming from LA, we have had a hard time finding good healthy places to eat, and OMG was I happy my wife found this place. I've been looking for a good salad spot and HERE IT IS! As u can see, I smashed the whole thing. Fresh ingredients, so many toppings to create any salad you'd like (with the given protein options), and phenomenal customer service. Hands down ?? stars!!

A note about parking: the garage has been closed for repairs for quite some time.
