If I could give this place zero stars I would.. was supposed to be glow bowling tonight and we hadn't even bowled for maybe an hour and the manager got all mad and turned off the glowing lights and turned on the normal lights there was no music playing The only thing that was playing was a football game. They had shut their kitchen down at 9:00 when they still had 3 hours to go of bowling and they didn't have any food so we were told we could order a pizza and get it brought there we went and got pizza and when we got it they complained about it after telling us that we could get it. They do not sell candy so you have to use their vending machine and you have to have money but their ATM was...
Do not go! there is a far better bowling alley in Hudson! The customer service was terrible! Extremely rude and disrespectfulthe sign for the prices is very confusing and does not label prices clearly. therefor we asked multiple times) Craig the manager how pricing works and he responded that you pay per person. when clarifying we asked if you pay per game and he said no. we then clarified a third time and said so if we play 3 games or 10 games we pay the same. and again his answer was yes.when we got our bill at the end it was an obscene amount of money from what we were told. Craig then denied ever saying that and would refuse to talk to us. he told us to speak with the owner the next day...
Absolutely terrible do NOT go here! The Manger got tired of the lights/music so he turned them off and it was supposed to be glow bowling so it was basically regular bowling even though we paid for glow bowling. They also got mad at us because we ordered pizza and had it delivered they didn't have there kitchen open so we couldn't order food from them. We were told because the kitchen was cloesed we could have pizza delivered and when the pizza got here the Manger got mad at us. All the lanes are basically broken so they only had maybe 6-8 lanes you could bowl on. Go here if you'd like to be yelled and threatened at by people who clearly have no clue how to run a business and properly treat customers. Some worker named Craig decided to come up with his own pricing; purposefully misspoke so he can charge more; absolutely no manners, making me wonder if they even bother to train their employees. Spoke with the owner but soon realized he too has no idea how to run a business. Worst bowling alley I've been to. Moreover, the whole place is terribly dirty and covered in grease and dirt.Long story short, save yourselves some time and go to the one in Hudson: 109 S Market St, Hudson, MI 49247.

We had a meal and enjoyed some bowling. The food was quite good, and the staff checked in with us frequently. Bowling costs $3.75 per person, and if you don't have your own bowling shoes, they are an additional $2.00 to rent.
Food was alright,, took a while to come out which is understandable with how busy they were. the burgers were good but cheese cubes and pizza were not. customer service was terrible. had a fun time bowling and in the arcade.
We had the best experience ever! My 10-year-old insisted that I give them a five-star rating. He had an amazing time celebrating his birthday here.
The staff at this bowling alley is so friendly and helpful. We always have a good experience here. The food is really good as well.

The people were nice and the place was nice but a burger fry and soft drink shouldn't be 20 bucks ?
Excellent value with lots of family-friendly activities. The food was fantastic too!
