I had the vegetable biryani, and it was extremely tasty with good quality and generous portions. My wife, who isn't a vegan, also enjoyed her dish. I would recommend considering the level of spiciness; my wife said she didn't want it hot, but she still felt some heat. I specified a 2 on a scale of 5, and I found my dish a bit spicier than I would have preferred. Since it was our first time dining here, we didn't have any previous experience to guide us. My wife said no [hot] spice, but still felt some burning in her mouth. I specified 2 on a scale of 5, and found my dish a bit more hot-spicy than I would have liked. But we 'd never eaten here before, and so had no experience. The other aromatic spices were excellent. Next time I 'd order 0 or 1 on hot-spicy scale. But that 's just a caution, not a complaint. her buffet is great and they characterize everything that is vegan. there are in the rule 2 rotating options and pakoras and daal always available. Note that naan brot contains milk products. they're just out for corona virus. Based on the reviews I read, I decided to try the Gabi Aloo, and I must say, I agree with everyone else—it was excellent! I ordered it with a spice level of 2 out of 5, but it turned out to be not spicy at all, maybe just a hint of spice. Perhaps it's just this dish, or maybe they've toned down the spice levels overall. This restaurant is tucked away in an unassuming strip shopping center around the corner from IKEA. There’s lots of seating to accommodate steady diner traffic for the buffet or off the menu options. Spice level is carefully customized, and cream can be removed as an added ingredient. Samosas have a non greasy baked quality with a thick, flaky crusts. Curries are rich without being greasy.
Their vegan options are clearly marked on Uber Eats, but we checked to be sure! We tried the sweets, gobi aloo, janeko daal, herbal korma, and papadums. The gobi aloo was my favorite! When we called to inquire about whether the naan was vegan, they recommended the papadums instead. They resemble a thin, crunchy taco shell with mustard seeds in them.
Based upon the reviews here I tried the Gabi Aloo, and I agree with the others that it was very good. Although I thought the rice by itself was lacking. I ordered 2/5 spicy and got no spicy at all, might have just been this dish or possibly they have lessened the spicy levels. No biggie and will eat here again when in the area.

I only ordered these two dishes because they were what I was craving, and they were delicious. You really can't go wrong with either of them.
