Very basic hotel I was expecting a typical Holiday Inn Express you find in the United States. This hotel is more similar to economy hotel/motel brands. The rooms are simple the beds are way too small and uncomfortable. You can hear doors opening and closing and people talking in the hallways. The service was cold at times, sometimes nice, but not generally friendly. There were challenges trying to get accurate information about the airport shuttle which took about 20 minutes to arrive (but the to/from the airport is convenient takes only 5 minutes). Writing to specially thank Aziz, Iskander and Maxine for helping me with all room related matters in a friendly way they are two reception employees who are very helpful and cheerful, and they speak very good English (as I speak no French at all, this was great). Also thanks to their young blonde colleague for a smooth check in, had no problems, got my transport digital ticket and room WiFi instantly, and learned about the breakfast. Good experience with the staff, including the cleaning personnel, who do not speak much (sometimes any) English, but are also friendly and polite. Amazing hotel. Free TRANSPORT to and from the hotel. Staff at the RECEPTION is very kind and helpful. ROOMS are clean, warm and cosy. A TV, kettle, hairdryer, toiletries, towels are provided. Beds are comfy, shower pressure is very good, no noise from outside. Very good BREAKFAST (hot and cold) eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, bread, sweet pastries, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, tea, coffee etc. DISTANCE to the city centre is reachable in 15 minutes on the tram which is situated 3 minutes from the hotel. There is a SUPERMARKET and a restaurant nearby.

Établissement idéalement situé , a mi chemin entre le centre ville et l'aéroport, avec connexions aux transports publics genevois régulières et ponctuelles ligne tram 14 et 18). Personnel exemplaire en tout point. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle tarifs cohérents.
Proche aéroport, aucun bruit , propre, accueil et service impeccable avec sourire. (merci Oceane). Carte de transport publique facile à utiliser pour visiter Genève. Petit déjeuner offert très complet. Bravo.
Great service. Always love the Shuttles to the airport experienced this in Zurich and Geneva. Saves time and no need to grab a cab.
