From the second we entered the door, we were friendly greeted by multiple staff member, including a housekeeper and the manager Jessica Willis. She made check-in a breeze, making sure we had everything we needed with a smile. She was upbeat with both patrons and the staff, as I witnessed this multiple times during our overnight stay, even checking in again with me later when I came downstairs to the bar. The rooms were clean and up to date. Hotel was overall quiet and had easy access to multiple stores, restaurants and the outlet mall. The only con we experienced was the next morning. The front desk clerks both in the morning and afternoon were very unhelpful. Although they were not rude, they were not friendly at all.Upon checking in there was live music in the restaurant area that overpowered being able to hear anything at the front desk.This hotel does not have a free breakfast, you have to pay more for it. We paid extra but we’re not told that breakfast was not until 7am. A friendly explanation of how breakfast works is highly recommended upon check in…but if live music is playing then there would be no way to hear it anyways.The room had what looked like a blood spot dripping down the wall, a tub with orange stains, spots on the bathroom ceiling, and a broken toilet...
This was a one night stay for the purpose of visiting the Mississippi Braves game. Drove in on a Saturday afternoon and checked in around 4p. Was greeted by Monica at the front desk, she was fantastic and super friendly. After she gave me the room keys I grabbed one of the many valet carts for our bags. Was assigned a room on the corner of the building (high floor) facing the ballpark (that was a plus). Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was well stocked. One thing about this room that many other properties could learn from is the presence of electric outlets and USB charging stations everywhere you could imagine in the room. At least 6 places. I arrived at the airport and ended up waiting over an hour for a pickup, even though the hotel is only 12-15 minutes away. They had assured me that someone would be there right away. I also made a reservation for an early 5 AM shuttle to the airport. I arrived downstairs five minutes early, only to be told that the shuttle had already left five minutes prior because a flight crew needed it. There was no call to my room or any prior notice. The general manager was completely unhelpful and showed no concern for the guests. There was no apology, no compensation, nothing. I ended up spending $22 for an Uber ride to the airport. Was downstairs 5 minutes prior and was told they already left 5 mins ago because a flight crew needed to get to the airport. No call to my room or anything. The general manager is a complete waste and could care less about the hotel guests. No sorry, no compenstation, no anything. Spent $22.00 for a uber ride to the airport. Stay far far far away from this hotel. It is a joke of a hotel. This is how they treat top tier customers.

Staff is not only friendly and courteous, but they are also committed to excellent customer satisfaction. Jessica, Otis, Monica and Rochelle are top notch. you couldn't ask for more competent, capable staff. We will definitely be back!!
The hotel’s computers were unable to retrieve my confirmed reservations, which forced me to cancel and rebook. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same type of room as my original reservation. Additionally, my loyalty membership number was not included in the new booking. It was an unnecessary inconvenience.
Upon entering the room, I noticed the window blinds were down, and I struggled to figure out how to open them. There were no ropes or chains attached to the blinds, and it appeared that someone had previously pulled them off their tracks. Given the price, I expected a better experience overall.

The rooms are dated. Still blaming everything on covid ?. The staff is unprofessional. The room was dirty.. stains on light switches ?… dust and hair.. even sunflower seed on the carpeting in the room! Just grungy. No usb chargers. The beds are very lumpy and uncomfortable.
