A party of 5 of us stayed here during the bike tour through France. I was here under previous administration and loved the place. Our first disappointment was said that we couldn't get into our rooms by 6:00 as they were in Bordeaux. Our 2nd disappointment was not air conditioning. Our third disappointment was mainly the slow service in the restaurant at the beginning of the meal. And the 4th disappointment was when they tried to load me for a bottle of wine ordered by another pair, sat on our table. This is a pleasant little restaurant with friendly and helpful staff. The food is simple but plentiful and at just €13 for a 3-course lunch would be hard to find a better value. The soup was served in a big tureen, so we were able to help us and as much as we wanted. Then followed a main course with several choices and then a dessert or cheese. Wine is not included, but only 5 € for a half litre was good again. The drinks for the children were more expensive, but this is always the case with named drinks such as Coca Cola and bottled fruit juices at 3 € each. We spend a pleasant repas here and would go back. Good for the kids because it wasn't too formal or too complicated a menu.
Full of locals on a Monday when everything else was closed in the city. Four course fixed price menu. Good quality cooking and plentiful amounts. Don't make it. Efficient service. Very clean toilets. Parking in the small municipal lotse to the restaurant.
reception and very friendly service, very affordable menu less euros for flat/ dessert entrance. products are of quality and for most of the region. delicious dishes (burger, salad, meat, dish of the day. I recommend the eyes closed!

Actually oysters were not bad, but nothing special and Carpaccio taste nothing. Service must improve, but correct. It was empty when we wanted to eat. It was okay, but nothing else
