The fried rice was not very tasty and was dry. We waited an hour and forty minutes for delivery (but she did tell us it would be over an hour when we placed the order because they were VERY busy) so perhaps the rice sat for a long time? The crab Rangoonwas typical good. What is not to love about fried cream cheese after all? The hot and our soup was YUMMY and just what thedoctor ordered! The crunchy noodles that accompanied it were large and fresh. The crispy shrimp was great. The shrimp are bigand the broccoli was perfectly steamed. The sauce is fantastic. We will definitely be ordering from here in the future.
This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I got steamed dumplings and shrimp fried rice. I’m not sure how it was prepared, but the smell was awful—I had to roll down my windows during the drive home. I hoped it would taste better than it smelled. Unfortunately, the dumplings weren’t steamed at all; they were just cooked on the grill, and there was some kind of sausage inside them. The shrimp fried rice was bland, though it was still edible. Even after dinner, the smell lingered in my house, and I ended up throwing everything away. Lesson learned!
This was my first time ordering take out from here. Ordered steamed dumplings and shrimp fried rice. I don’t know what it was cooked in/with but I know the smell was horrific and I had to roll down my windows. I was hoping it tasted better than it smelled. The “steamed” dumplings were not steamed at all, just cooked on the grill, and it some sort of sausage in the middle. The shrimp fried rice was bland, but edible. That “weird” smell lingered in the air after bringing the food in the house. I had to take everything out to the trash can. Lesson learned.
Absolutely awful. The beef fried rice tasted as if the chef were smoking while preparing it. The wonton soup was merely broth with no substance. The beef and broccoli had a freezer-burnt flavor. The house lo mein contained barely one piece of meat per serving. The pineapple chunks in the sweet and sour chicken were the lowest quality imaginable, resembling no-name brand and looked beige. It was the biggest waste of money for our family of four, and total wasted calories. We won't be returning, and I won't recommend this place to anyone.

If you 're like me, you have tried to like Chinese food. You try new establishments, one after the other. You tell yourself each time, This is the one. You are let down each time. One of my friends brought me here years ago. Honestly, one of the bestthings to happen to my palette. The food is great. Seriously, why can 't anyone else fry rice like this? The owners are friendlyand hard working. If you made it this far into this random internet review, you need to go there and find out for yourself.
Tried this restaurant out for the first time tonight as it was recommended by a friend. We got take out delivered and while the price, speed and taste was good an item was missing. Called and they offered credit or the food. As my kids wanted the item, Igot the food. While I had a wait a little while for it they doubled the missing order and added some cookies. I appreciate arestaurant that knows how to make things right.
Happy Year of the Rabbit! We chose to dine out for the New Year rather than cook, and this has been the best Chinese food we've experienced in Oakville and Mehlville so far! The restaurant is set up for dine-in, with friendly service and a welcoming family atmosphere. The food is served in a delightful family style. We can’t wait to return and try the roast duck that you need to order in advance!
Great lunch specials. Excellent HOT Sour soup plus the crab Rangoon are very tasty. Have eaten here a half dozen times and tried different dish each and have not been disappointed yet. Excellent service. I recommend to friends frequently.
