I had a terrible experience with the customer service and delivery at this restaurant. The manager was rude, and the delivery person was equally unfriendly. The food was just average, and the prices were quite high. The delivery person refused to come into the building on three separate occasions simply because he didn't want to take the elevator. Communication was difficult, as both the manager and the delivery person struggled with English. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, the manager yelled at me. I will never order from this place again.
Horrible costumer service and delivery. This location has a rude manager and equally rude delivery guy. Food is so so and high prices. The delivery guy is a lazy latino man (both manager and delivery guy have broken english hard to communique withthem),he refused to enter the building on 3 different ocaccions just because he is too lazy to come up the elevator. I ordered a meat eggroll. Mind you they do not specify what kind of meat is inside but I assume it is shrimp like most restaurants serve. I took a bite out of it and the taste was wierd so I inspected because the meat I saw was very dark. I called to complain and the lady told me they only put shrimp and chicken in these eggrolls. You can obviously see in the picture I posted it is definitely not chicken or shrimp. I 'm honestly not sure what kind of meat it is. Something
Hunan City offered the worst Chinese takeout experience I've ever had. The sweet and sour chicken lacked both sweetness and sourness and was missing onions, peppers, and pineapple. The cashew chicken was overly salty. I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the vegetable egg foo young and the beef with snow peas were acceptable. On the positive side, the delivery was quick. The menu at Hunan City clearly needs improvement.

Hunan City is my all-time favorite restaurant for ordering takeout. I get the Plant-based sesame chicken occasionally, sometimes I?ll get the dumplings, other times I?ll get the egg drop soup. It?s all very good. The delivery is reasonably quick, and thedelivery guys are all pretty nice. My family also enjoys the crab Rangoon.
Hunan City is a haven for fans of Chinese cuisine. I had the orange chicken with fried rice, and it was so flavorful it made me feel like I was eating authentic Chinese food. The restaurant is family-owned, and the owners are exceptionally welcoming. They also serve alcohol, including unlimited tall boys at fantastic prices.
This is the worst experience I have ever had in the DMV. I ordered the combination rice I have no idea what type of meat I was eating . But it was definitely a combination . I would never recommend anyone to eat here. Sorry! I never leave reviews like this but I feel it's my duty to let the public know.
The food is amazing! It has a beautifully fresh flavor, and you can really tell that the ingredients are high-quality and fresh, which makes it stand out from many ordinary Chinese restaurants. I tried several dishes from the menu, and I was thoroughly impressed. You won't be disappointed!
