We have been regulars to Jack's for quite a while now and know what to expect usually, but the last visit was one out of the box our burgers were almost as you see on TV all fresh and delicious looking ,and they were, the young staff were very friendly, dressed neatly and obliging there was even a young man cleaning tables ,walls,railings and windows the whole time we were there looks like there has been a major shakeup.
Came with the family for a quick meal. Not a single table was clean, floor looked unmopped for days!!! Staff delivered such poor service even for a place like this. Waited 30 mins for our meals and found half the staff smoking out the front with some dodgy looking folks, all this while we waited in this place of such filth - why has the health inspector not shut this place down yet????
Every time you go there, there is an issue. No eggs, no meat patties, no buns, eggshell in the eggs, a lineup in the driveway ( usually two people working there ) Ive even been the only person in the drive through, and sat for ages waiting. Last visit.,... heres your food.... ok, now my coffee please, get the coffee, now please get my hash brown....
drive thru ordered, wait in the waiting bay 5 or 6 cars. after 10 minutes my order given to the wrong car, beautiful young ladies from the car went around until she found us. the rolls were very cold and the fillings were just...lukewarm, but the chips were hot. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Called in for afternoon treat around 3pm Sunday. My granddaughter myself and another couple were the only ones in there. 6 out of all the tables had not been cleared off and had wrappings and half eaten food on them. Before I got a chance...More
Our friend lives close by and we were visiting from SA we thought we would take her to breakfast. The sunday (25th) guys and girls that were on were very polite and looked after everyone with extra help. Very impressed. Food was good too.
Nothing special - same old same old that you can expect from any hungry jacks - thats what its all about after all isnt it?!.... cheap meal for a large family though.
