Got a coffee here with cream that had a giant chunk of spoiled cream in it. They offered me a free drink when I came in next but no refund. Gross, I don’t want another one…In response: You didn’t offer a refund until I posted this. Also you have my name and info, just give me the refund, I don’t live in the area and I’m not making a special trip back over this. Just sharing my experience, which is true, you should have offered a refund immediately not wait to be blasted and then say I can come in for a refund. Good customer service is already there, not demanded.
This coffee is nothing special, It is a strong coffee with a heavy syrup flavor that sets it apart from other coffee shops like Cocosnus, Celestial, and others. I tried a lavender latte and a Hazelnut honey latte, and neither impressed me. There are better coffees in Arcadia at the same price point. I have coffee every day and try at least one new place every week, but this is one place I will not be returning to.
This is a cool little coffee shop with some lighter food items. Just a great vibe to chill out and talk. They also have plenty of covered outdoor seating in the back. I like that they stay open later than some of the other coffee shops in town. The woman taking orders and making drinks was very nice.
The coffee at this restaurant is both delicious and affordable. The café is very clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. My favorite drink is the latte with almond milk and hazelnut flavor.
We went here to just get coffee. A latte and a cortado it was awful. Sorry to make this review but it was not good. Don't know about the food didn't eat any.
Very tasty latte and bagel sandwich! It's outdoor section is so peaceful and a perfect place to eat and enjoy a book or meet a friend
