Morgan helped our office with our new photocopier/scanner/fax machine. He asked questions to find out our needs and we are very happy with the result. It is a machine that works perfectly for our size and the cost was more than reasonable. They are very responsive and believe in being there for their clients.
IdealOS was a breeze to deal with. They responded right away from Fort St. John sending senior staff all the way to Chetwynd for mechanical maintenance work on a printer.
