I just had a very strange experience at this IHOP. I went to the IHOP to study and have a meal, which meant that I was going to be there for several hours. When I first arrived I noticed everyone in the restaurant, managers and patrons alike were all wearing winter coats while they worked/ate. it was noticeably cold in the restaurant. The outside temperature was about 22 degrees, it wasn't as cold as that inside the restaurant but it was still really cold. But it is the only place I can study and have a meal and have an endless supply of soda, coffee and water. The food was okay but the main reason i’m giving five stars is because of the server Keisha. she was so helpful and supportive throughout our experience. she even helped me after we already paid with keeping a milkshake in the freezer which we had taken to go. she never complained when we had troubles ordering and always went the extra mile.

Very clean, the waiter/waitress were very attentive and got the food out quickly. Way better than the IHOP in Tacoma.
Waiting for long time the host not even ask if we need coffee waiting long time and ignore us.
