We dined here with my parents, to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were thrilled with the creativity of the dishes, the excellent combinations of flavours, the high quality and value for money. It is great to be able to experience a restaurant of this calibre, which is friendly and inviting rather than pretentious and self important. And so great that this level of dining is now in Maribyrnong. Friendly service, a really comfortable ambience and a very good wine list. But come here for the food I wanted to try everything on the menu, and thankfully the incredibly good value for money tasting menu, allowed me to get a good sampling of the range of dishes they have on offer. This place is a little Gem in the heart of Maribyrnong. A Newly opened establishment that is producing 'Fine Dining ' quality food at a fraction of the price you 'd pay in the City. The place itself is very cosy, modern and stylish. Great job on the design and effort put into the set up of the premises. Really shows the creativity and originality. Customer service is outstanding as the Waiter and Waitress was very helpful, polite and recommended some great food. I highly recommend the Pork Belly or the beetroot dish (Entree) and the Chicken breast (Main). Will definitely come back with more friends and family to show them what the West really has to offer!
Definitely one of the best in the Western Suburbs! We have been back here twice due to the fun, modern and tasty Asian fusion style dishes. The waiter, entertainer and extremely helpful Rod is honestly the best at what he does. We have had both A'la carte and the set menu which was value for money. Have recommended IMBUE to our friends, family and can't wait to come back :
Want to win someone's heart? This is the place to bring that someone where food will set everything in place and a cocktail to put them in place. The food here is 10/10 but what makes this place so special is the team. Humble and very very welcome when you step through those doors. An amazing dining experience, the staff were fantastic, and the food was exceptional! Great selection of Australian wines highly recommend the 5 course tasting menu, not only is the depth of flavor sensational but the presentation is outstanding. Will definitely be coming back for more. A gem in the west, highly recommend!
WOW really enjoyed the food and yes I also feel that Imbue is the best restaurant in the western suburbs went with my Wife and work college and really enjoyed ourselves food amazing you do have to look hard to find this place but really worth the effort.
A hidden little gem in the suburbs. The food was phenomenal. So much attention to detail and flavour. Clean fresh and delicious. A must try! The staff were so fun and friendly, making it an even more enjoyable experience. Will definitely be back
