I live in Pasadena and I try my best to avoid the In N Out in town. Why? The line to order moves so slow and the order process is the worst I've seen at an In N Out. So, if I have the time to drive to this one, I do. Food I'm a 3X3 mustard fried guy! Though I think the patties have shrunk over the years, I still like this burger a lot! They have it right one window to order and one to pick up your food. I've never had a slow moving order line here and the food arrives relatively quickly too. Relative this isn't McDonalds they actually cook each patty vs pressed burgers at the other place. The eating area feels very sterile. There's no character here. While we were watching them assemble all the orders, a lad answered his cell phone and it dropped on a burger he was assembling? we don?t know if it was served but a bit worried about cleanliness since phones are extremely dirty @ @ Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 cheeseburger w/ grilled onions double double w/ raw onions. First time at this branch and was a bit disappointed. The meat was over cooked and slightly burnt on one burger. California staple! I always crave these buttery bun burgers with cheese and grilled onions and the fresh fries ? We sat outside right by the drive thru and that was a mistake cause the heat from the cars went towards us. So we moved to one of the umbrella seats and still had enough shade on this hot summer day. The place is always busy so it took about 15-20 min for our food to be ready but it?s as expected. It did not disappoint too! Delicious as always! Plenty of napkins and the tray keeps all the fall away fries in :0) Definitely recommend parking on the street as well because the parking lot is small and packed like a can of sardines!
Long time customer of this In n Out. have loved it for many years and recently have noticed the customer service aspect go downhill. The past several times i’ve been there has been something made incorrectly, a missing item or service has taken exceptionally slow (even on weekday nights) It is frustrating to see one of my favorite places make me not want to come back and drive extra just to go one I know won’t forget anything. The vibes here are off lately and I hope they can turn around again soon.
Great In-N-Out location if you want to eat there and it?s not raining. This location has outdoor seating and a drive thru. The guy taking my order was very friendly and the food was fantastic like usual. You can?t go wrong with animal style fries!
Very delicious burger and animal fries. Great flavor and the whole meal for a great price. The people were very nice and kind. There is a metro station jus a few minutes away.
8 cars deep, fries were cold crunchy. A first time expierence. Friday 5pm-discovered as we entered the fwy a block away. *timing was off here. 18 min wait.
Always enjoy joy the lettuce wrap protein style cheeseburger. Line is always long . But the wait it wasn’t that bad . It is worth the wait .
