I feel sorry for those who visit California and try In-N-Out. Every time I eat there, I end up feeling terrible. The fries are bland and uninspired, and the burgers are nothing special—something I could easily make at home. It’s disappointing to see people who think this is good food when there are so many real culinary experiences out there. It's not good for your health, lacks actual flavor, and was only appealing when I was a broke teenager who couldn’t afford anything better. The staff are friendly and pleasant, which is nice, but that's the only positive aspect. If you're on a budget, I bet you could find something more flavorful at a gas station.
This location is always on point... usually never a problem with our order. My only suggestion is to check your raw cut fries for bruising BEFORE you fry and serve them to customers. Just sayin'. And light mustard means just that... LIGHT... not so overwhelming you gag at each bite... All these issues I have already addressed with corporate and received a gift card for my troubles! Thanks In-and-Out Customer Service!
Needed to use the restroom and it was filthy beyond the point of being unable to use it comfortably. There was tp, seat covers urine all over the floor in front of the toilet. It isn't In N Outs fault for the creation of the condition but they should maintain it better. People esp guys are filthy slobs, quit being like you have a huge one and step to the damn bowl and pass in it!
My favorite burger! While there are others that come close, In-N-Out remains my top choice. The burgers are fantastic, the fries are pretty good, and the shakes are so thick that using a straw is nearly impossible. How can In-N-Out be a disappointing experience? Even with the long lines late at night, if no other drive-thru restaurant has a wait, the anticipation for the animal-style cheeseburger only grows. I ordered the fries well-done, as I usually prefer them that way, but they came out undercooked as usual.
Always tasty and reasonably priced. Constant level of quality that's hard to beat. Staff conduct themselves in a highly professional manner 99% of the time. Satisfying to the last bite french fries and final bite of my burger.
The Burger Was Good But My Fries Were ALL PIECES OF FRIES AND THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE THE BURNT OR OVER COOKED CRUMBS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE FRY PAN HERE'S A PICTURE

Whenever I get to the west coast, I have to stay at In-n-Out. Love the 4x4. Try something new called Roadkill Pommes.
