I recently emailed Intermezzo requesting a meal be delivered to my parents for their anniversary. Elllie the manager there told me that they don't deliver but that she would get one of the staff to deliver it for me. I don't live nearby . She not only delivered a fantastic meal, but she did it with a wrong address, no name to go by and no phone number! Intermezzo apparently has wonderful food, great wines and Ellie is a great detective! Thank you for making their 58 wedding anniversary so special!! Sincerely Linda Heft
We were fortunate to be seated in the private wine cellar instead of being turned away when we arrived without a reservation on a Friday night. Dustin provided excellent service, recommending two delicious local BC wines and ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding - we highly recommend the halibut, chicken cordon bleu, and veal picatta. Make sure to prioritize this restaurant when in Vernon. Also, the Black and White Creme Brulee is the perfect way to end your excellent dining experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious meal at Intermezzo this evening. Their Honey Pear salad is so refreshing and my Moroccan Half Rack of Lamb was cooked to perfection so tasty with the Moroccan spices. Five different veggies completed the plate. My husband so enjoyed his Bolognese Gnocchi that he's already thinking that's what he'll order next time, too. And my favorite dessert of Crême Brulée Chocolate Mousse was, as always, to die for! Service is top-notch and very friendly.
eating was perfect and the service was excellent! it was our jubilee and they have set a small sign on our table, the "happy anniversary" said what was a thoughtful touch. we ordered the cajun garnelen to start, I had the healed and my partner had the ribeye with Oscar-topping. everything was perfectly cooked! it is such a sin to overcook seafood, and they have not done that at all. we're coming back! excellent restaurant! the food was delicious, classic and fresh ingredients. the ambiente was very nice, I loved the decoration with flake wein everywhere. our server was very friendly and always to check but not push. they can say that this restaurant with care and love to manage. really nice option if you want a really good dinner in Vernon! we are coming back to the final!
we drove from kelowna to eat here. it was amazing. I had the safranknöpfe with linguin and my spouse had the steak with gorgonzola butter. the best steak ever! we celebrated our 9-year anniversary and his birthday and had to have signs on the table for them. such a thoughtful touch. the personal was amazing that it never came. will definitely come back!
The food was awesome! Service and atmosphere were excellent! We drove all the way from Kamloops only for this. Our first try was in last year, which was too salty for me, this time we asked less salt and it was perfect! Even though we waited for one hour for each dishes, I still would like to give 4.6 or 4.7 cause the food was incredible tasty.
I had an amazing dinner last night! I could go on and on about the delicious crab and artichoke appetizer, the Moroccan Lamb, the local wine, the Creme Brûlée, and the excellent service. We showed up on a saturday night, no reservation, half lost and wandering. They sat us at the bar and we were treated to the best meal ever!!! Highly recomend sitting at the bar and visiting with the staff! Such a great experience! Thank you for everything :
