I recently had a delightful experience with Intermezzo restaurant that I just had to share. My journey began with a slight mishap in purchasing a gift card. I made an error and accidentally selected the option for the recipient to receive the gift at the restaurant instead of via email. Worried about the mistake, I contacted the Intermezzo staff, hoping for a solution. To my delight, they responded promptly and with genuine warmth. These guys deserve 5 stars as I’ve really had a lot of good meals here. And the price for the quality is on point. I did have a bit of a bad experience on my last order. Where the restaurant forgot an item in the order and then blamed me for the missed item. It’s not impossible that I forgot to add the item, but since it was a 50/50 thing just thought it was not best practice to assume I made the mistake. That being said, I’ve ordered here a million times and essentially every time it’s outstanding food and nice family owners. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
We were fortunate to be seated in the private wine cellar instead of being turned away when we arrived without a reservation on a Friday night. Dustin provided excellent service, recommending two delicious local BC wines and ensuring we were well taken care of. The food was outstanding - we highly recommend the halibut, chicken cordon bleu, and veal picatta. Make sure to prioritize this restaurant when in Vernon. Also, the Black and White Creme Brulee is the perfect way to end your excellent dining experience.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience. The price per person ranged from CA$50 to CA$60. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was top-notch. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.
