If you're anything like me, delicious food makes you want to do a little happy dance, and this place always has me dancing. I can't get enough of their vegetarian burrito with extra salsa verde on the side, and their enchilada plate with cheese always puts a smile on my face. The enchilada sauce is absolutely scrumptious! I always make sure to order a side of rice and beans, with extra pico de gallo for leftovers - without it, I'd be ordering from here every day. The food is consistently delicious and always puts me in a good mood.
I have never had such bad food before. I couldn't even finish two bites of my meal. The sauce on the Chili Relleno was so runny that the dish was completely soggy. The flavor was terrible. The tamale was even worse. It was supposed to be wrapped in a corn husk, but instead it was smothered in a disgusting sauce and cheese. The chicken inside was red and flavorless. Any other Mexican restaurant would be a better choice than this one.
I ordered a #7 and the taco came soggy, I live within 4mins driving distance. I wish they wrapped their tacos in foil instead of their drinks as that is pointless. The rice and beans very bland, but the rice was fluffy. The enchilada was ok just basic. Youll get your fix from Mexican food from here but its just not the best that Ive had in the island.
I've been coming to Island Taqueria for years. I recommend their carne asada super burrito. Their chips and salsa are fine but never the reason I come here. On weeknights, they're as busy Los Pericos and are open later than Ramiro and Sons. They're the sweet spot on Park St. should you need to make a detour for a good burrito.

the staff was rude. they asked them how they did, thanked them for eating, not a single recognition. steak burrito was okay. enchiladas and hardshell tacos were not so good at all. Not recommended if they want authentic Mexican food.
I love eating this place! very tasty! never disappointed. they are fast and my commands are always correct. street parking can sometimes be difficult.
frills free, inexpensive Mexican food. and everything I've had here has been really good, seeing as how I eat here about three to four times a week.
The Street Taco was delicious! The meat was flavorful and perfectly seasoned, but the taco was not too heavy. I definitely recommend it!
