to anyone who visits this location new management is under way once phones credit card readers work we will be giving the best service we apologize to some who have received there xl pizza in large boxes some aren’t trained well anyways look forward to assisting all guest and customers stop by some wait times are longer then usual at any location when your swamped with orders food tend to arrive late but doesn’t mean the food has been sitting the orders come in ima first come first served situation no one gets favoritism as we tend to help guest get satisfied be patient the food is coming this is a great location to all our customers we hope u understand
Pizza guy never delivered my pizza to the Ballard Point Condo, nobody at this store answers the phone, and I am in the process of disputing my credit card charge.Vince's Pizza will my go to pizza place.Update: My bank refunded my money with the exception of the tip the loser driver got.No matter. Tipping ahead of delivery is always stupid, and Dominos lost another regular customer.
App said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. It took more than an hour. Spent 40 minutes in the store waiting. After 20min in the store, I was told I was the 4th order up. That wasn't true. Later it was told 5 more minutes. That also wasn't true. I would never have ordered if I knew the wait would be an hour rather than the 20 minutes the app quoted.
I had an incredible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Everyone was very friendly, and I want to give a special shout-out to Pat, Tony, and the other staff member. I accidentally locked myself out of my truck, and these three gentlemen came outside to help me get it open. I'm really grateful for everything they did.

Delivery took an hour longer than i was told. Didn’t even ring the doorbell just left the pizza outside in the cold on the sidewalk. Called the store serval times to ask for a refund and no one picked up.
The staff was very rude. I waited nearly five minutes while they chatted among themselves, but no one acknowledged me. The owner really needs to consider changing their employees.
They don’t answer the phone so if something is wrong with your delivery or it’s late you are out of luck!

They didn't even say a word. No greetings or farewells! Quite rude.
