As a former employee of Jack in the Box, I try to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt, but their response was simply, “Oh, I’m sorry.” They didn’t even offer to compensate me, and while I’m not looking to get my money back, I would’ve appreciated an exchange for something else. A different burger would have sufficed.
On top of that, the kids' cheeseburger patty looked burnt on the sides and seemed like it had been sitting out for some time. The tacos were soggy, as if they had either been taken out too early or left out for a while. It felt like they were caught in the middle of a break time or shift change, but overall, the service was disappointing. The employees seemed lost...
