I had a disappointing experience at Jack In The Box. My order was incomplete, and the so-called manager refused to resolve the issue. I plan to contact the district manager about this matter. The manager was not only rude but also disrespectful while chatting and laughing with others in the store. I'll be sure to let the district manager know how his staff treats customers and fails to take responsibility. My friend was excited to try the menu, but instead, we had to deal with an unpleasant situation.
I am sooo upset and disappointed in this place! Normally every weekend we go with my family to Porterville and come back in the afternoon to eat because my children love Jack, this day we were very late and we arrived late, we had two super rude women manager and worker, my son had already finished the order he just wanted to know if regular or fried and the lady abruptly said gosh you can hurry up without having a car behind us, I kindly asked him that he was undecided, what could it be nicer t
The food at Jack In The Box was terrible. I ordered the sourdough jack, which is usually well-grilled at other locations, but here it was served barely warm and of poor quality. I requested the bacon to be extra cooked, but it arrived nearly raw. The headquarters should definitely review this location. For now, I recommend avoiding this Jack In The Box; the menu here is disappointing.
The food at Jack in the Box was just what you'd expect, but my rating is low because they forgot an entire chicken sandwich, straws, and napkins in my drive-thru order. I know mistakes happen, but I was really looking forward to that second chicken sandwich since I was quite hungry. The food I did get was pretty good, though that might have been because I was so hungry when I ate it.

During Covid they close the dining area. I don't have a problem with that. However this stops people on foot from being able to purchase food. Only peoplewithcarscan order and eat? Even local Panda Express allows walk ins. Or at least change the law so people can pick up their orders from a drive thru window.
I went to this restaurant for lunch last week. The seating area was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. The food was good, and there is parking for trucks in a nearby lot. The bathroom was also clean. I would definitely eat here again.

The food was freshly made and mostly served hot, but regrettably, the chicken strips were cold and undercooked in the center. Moreover, the wait time in the drive-thru was 40 minutes.

I usually love Jack in the Box tacos, but this time they upset my stomach badly. The sauce didn’t taste right at all. I should have stopped eating and returned them.
