I will never come to this Jack in the Box. Ill rather go to the one on Tryon Street. This place is filthy and the people are rude starting from the manager. I want to let the low class manager know that she has no skills to be what she is. She doesn't know anything about how to treat customers. I think that if she gets any bonuses at the end of the yr she shouldn't. Shes the ruthless person I met at a fast food restaurant... Very low class and the word ghetto pertains to her. Her nails are dirty and she shouldn't be given out the food period. I recommend inspection on everyone including the stupid manager. She made me wait for more then 15 min for a combo that I received cold and the wrong o...
On a road trip that took us through Charlotte, we stopped at this Jack location both going down and heading back home, as we don't have Jack at home. We encountered the same staff both times and they were extremely professional and friendly both times. On our second trip, we placed a very large order and they took it in stride. Our order came out correctly and the food was hot and delicious. Plenty of napkins and sauces provided. They cranked out the order as fast as they could and with pleasant attitudes. We will be back anytime our travels take us through here.
I can’t tell you the name of the person that was at the drive through. He deserves 5 stars, well 10 if we are being honest. Putting in reviews , how often do we judge a place based off of one bad experience/ new employee/ or user error. Give them a chance? Were you not young once learning your way? I can’t say this is the best basted off of everyone else. But if people would try to explain what is wrong instead of complaining without communicating it would help.
We came by this morning for some breakfast and the doors were locked but the manager came to the door and seen we were in a big truck and opened the doors so that we could get some food.... As we were leaving another customer came to the locked door and he allowed him in also...I thought that was cool of the new manager there!!!! Thank you Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
i am pretty sure they were short staffed, maybe only two or possibly three workers if that, which is not their fault but be prepared to wait a while to order and get your food. food was good and fresh though! they even threw in two extra tacos for the wait
I have order from the Pineville/Matthew's location, the Dave Lyle location, and the Westinghouse location. Westinghouse has the best service, freshest food, and is the most convenient location to get in and out of.
This one is a good one. Good people working the drive through. Burgers and fries are better than Hardee's now in my opinion. Good cups. Jack in the Box is on back on my list for food choices.
