Management is amazing but the staff could care less. Cashier's could definitely use a touch up on not to be on your phone while the customer is taking the order right in front of you. I'm usually not a stickler for following all the rules but it stops when customers have to suffer gross negligence.
I ordered a #10 spicy chicken was super undercooked to the point you couldn't eat it brought it back no refund instead they gave me a burnt chicken sandwich tasted like it was freaser burned now I'm hungry annoyed and 8 dollars broker
the personal here is always friendly and fast to get them to eat with a smile. manager are very professional and make sure that other employees make their job right.
