Good affordable food, fast friendly service. The parking lot set up is off but it's ok. The way that the parking spaces are lined up and the way the drive thru is in place makes some parking spaces unable to get in to or get out of. Also blocks the drive thru. The wait time is reasonable. It's usually pretty busy so expect a wait. Very affordable, the dollar menu is no longer a dollar though, good $2 menu. Great for late night snacks. The chicken items are surprisingly delicious best spicy chicken sandwich and popcorn chicken for a fast food place.
What a lovely area for dining, and the atmosphere and architecture have evolved beautifully over time. One of the earlier establishments had a round glass head of Jack in the passage, which I would interact with when I was a young boy. I remember Rodney holding onto the Jumbo Jack, explaining how big it was to eat in the promotional spot. I can still picture my mother taking me there.
The hamburger was fantastic, but the curly fries were burnt and crusty. I've been going to this Jack's for years and I've never had such bad curly fries before. Maybe they should cook them for less time or change the oil in the fryers. Other than that, the food is always great!
We went to the drive thru. I ordered 2 tacos a large Dr. Pepper w/extra ice. My husband gobbled down his Jumbo Jack. My tacos were ice cold not very good. Very disappointing, but my drink was good. Will I go back? Doubtful, unless I'm back in the area for a visit from AZ.

I went to pick up my order, but it was mistakenly left on the counter and someone ended up taking it. On a positive note, everything was warm and freshly prepared. The food was excellent!
I was attended to by a lovely person named Eileen, and she was incredibly nice and sweet. Seriously, you should consider giving her a raise! The food here is also excellent.
Jacks is usually a great place, but the tacos weren't a hit for everyone; they described them as somewhat bland and not very flavorful.
The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious, just like always. The restrooms were very clean.
