I'm not a big fan of Jamba Juice drinks as they all taste a bit off to me. During my visit, it seemed even worse. I understand it was busy with only two employees on duty, so I didn't mind waiting, but they were definitely rushing the blending. My smoothie had chunks of ingredients and a lot of ice pieces, which was disappointing. Another downside compared to other locations I've been to is that there is no indoor seating or even stools. While there are some seats outside, no one really wants to wait out there.
Service is pretty good and guick in the morning. I usually come here on Saturday morning after work. You make the drinks I order. Another bonus is that, recently they will give you an entrance to a survey online to get a purchase of a free voucher. We used it on this visit, and the manager said we could do another if we wanted to get another voucher! Overall, I was quite happy with my experience. But for pre-warning the store is sometimes not open at the time it should open. About 5 minutes later.
I'm quite disappointed with Jamba Juice. The quality, service, and cleanliness at this location—and across the Jamba menu in general—have been declining. This issue isn't new or pandemic-related. The orange juice machine is nearly always out of order, which is frustrating since fresh juice is a core part of their menu. Jamba really needs to ensure that the OJ machine is functioning properly!
I truly adore this restaurant! The customer service is exceptional. You have to try their classic Banana Mango and Orange smoothie—it's the ideal summer refresher and packed with vitamins. I’m eagerly looking forward to warmer days so I can enjoy it even more!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! Their customer service is top-notch. My favorite drink is the Banana Classic, especially the hot Banana Mango and Orange beverage. It's the perfect refreshment for summer and a fantastic way to get your vitamins as well!
The staff could be more welcoming and show more enthusiasm for their jobs. The girl who assisted me today didn’t smile at all, and her demeanor was quite disappointing, especially given the $10 I spent. I don’t intend to come back to this place.
I ordered my meal, and the young man who helped me was very friendly and polite. I truly appreciated his outstanding customer service. I've been here before, and the smoothies were amazing. I'm hoping they'll be just as great this time around!
