Where do I begin? My husband and I ordered two open faced turkey sandwiches. When our meals arrived, there was one ice cream scoop of instant mashed potatoes and canned gravy. The turkey appeared to be carved from a bird-not a turkey roll, but it hadbeen sauteed on both sides and was tough and difficult to chew, not to mention cutting it with a butter knife was nearlyimpossible. We should have sent it all back and ordered something else, but the restaurant was understaffed as evidenced by theconstant ringing of the unanswered telephone. There couldn't have been more than five tables of guests which should have told ussomething when we walked in. The salads I saw go by were plates of iceberg...
It was very nice. Good service and plesant waitress. I had a BLT sandwich, hold the tomatoes. It was delicious and had a lot of bacon on it. It came with coleslaw and a choice of french fries or soup. I had the fries. The fries were very good and a serving size that was just right. For a drink I had a diet coke and it was a good size glass. No skimping on anything at Jessi's. I had heard about Jessi's for many years but finally had a chance a few months ago to try it. Don't take as long to try it as I did.
Not a newcomer ! A couple of weeks ago we really looked forwards to Kielbasa, mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut . The kielbasa was blackened and dry, and the sauerkraut was super dry. You could smell the frying from the kitchen in not so pleasant manner,like possibly a good cleaning needed. The salads were generous and fresh! Just a disappointment :
Food is fantastic. Lots of options and very filling always feels like a home cooked meal. However the service could be a bit better. The wait staff don't really have their act together. They are forgetful, slow and don't pay equal attention to all theirtables. However they are very kind and helpful when they finally get around to you.

And every time we go here this place is excellent. food is spot on portions are great coffee is drinkable. staff is friendly I really enjoy it every time we go down to Pinellas. Family business that cares. If you get a chance the sourdough is killer and made fresh in house.
Great food with great price. Run down old unfinished decor. Like Cheers or Mel's diner everyone is known or regulars. Just don't use as a fancy type of meal place. They do want they are supposed to do. Treat you like family, serve good food, and keepit affordable.
Fast and friendly service! Fiona the dinner waitress was very pleasant. I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger and it came out nice and juicy. The place is currently undergoing some renovations but the wall tile looks nice. I can't wait to see the finished product.
This place is awesome! Food is really good. Everyone who works there is super nice and so helpful. Love this place ????
