Jimmy John's - Tisch resevieren

I've always been a fan of this restaurant. However, the understaffing is starting to show. I ordered a sandwich for delivery, but they informed me that they didn’t have a driver available. They offered to cancel my prepaid order and prepare it for pickup instead. I drove over and picked up my sandwich, and the manager, Jacob, kindly added two extra cookies as a gesture for the inconvenience. When I got home and opened my bag, I found that my large sandwich was actually a regular-sized one. I called the store, and they refunded me the full price of the sandwich. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars for quality but 5 stars for excellent customer service.

Despite the dreadful weather today, Jeremy and his staff member (I regret not catching your name!) were outstanding! They were friendly and took our order quickly. While they could have easily closed shop or claimed to be closed like several other places, they stayed open and maintained a wonderfully positive attitude.

I ordered a sandwich pack for a birthday party next to this location and couldn't be happier with the experience. I was able to sit right by the door, and it took me less than three minutes to pick up my order! Great job, Jimmy John's!
