We visit this restaurant at least once a week, and I have to say that the claim about the owner being rude is completely unfounded. John is a really nice guy—he might be a bit quiet, but he is definitely not rude. We thoroughly enjoy breakfast there, and as someone else mentioned, the endless cups of coffee are a real treat. There was a time when they used to have an open mic night, and while I was out of town, we experienced a terrible electrical storm that knocked out our power.
