I ordered the Bacon Pepperjack cheeseburger and chips, and it was amazing! The place was busy, but it had a great vibe and a cool atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, they didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely be going back to try other items on the menu. This is a restaurant where you can bring your kids to experience a vintage mom-and-pop diner. The waitress told me it has been locally owned for 90 years! I would call it a hidden gem, but it seems like the locals in Vancouver already know it’s a great spot to eat, whether you’re dining alone or with company. Just a heads up, make sure to bring change for the parking. That’s my only complaint, but it’s more of a city...
I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. Low quality breakfast and the service was very bad…bad attitude, complaining to other server in front of customers about work, and didn’t check if we needed anything once we were served.
Not busy at 11:15am on a Monday. We were able to get breakfast, have time to enjoy it, and still walk out the door at 11:55. Pancake (huge), scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, and potatoes were all perfectly cooked. Service was great!

Try the Texas Omelet and the pancakes! The omelet was cooked to perfection, the hash browns were crispy, and the pancakes were sweet, buttery, and incredibly fluffy!
Very nostalgic. The food was exceptional and the staff was fun and friendly. There were trivia cards on the table, and the waitress knew all the answers!
